Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026 | Effective for all Teachcool Timetable subscribers & users

Welcome to Teachcool Timetable (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "Software", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By accessing, subscribing to, or utilizing our software, website, or services, you ("Subscriber", "School Administrator", "User", or "Institution") agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Software License & Scope of Use

Teachcool grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-bound commercial license to use the timetable generation software according to your chosen subscription tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise).

  • You may generate, modify, export, and print master and class timetables solely for your designated institution.
  • You shall not sub-license, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the source code or proprietary algorithms of the software.
  • User accounts may not be shared across unaffiliated institutions or third parties without written authorization.

2. Account Security & Responsibilities

The institution is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, passwords, and API keys. Any action performed under your authenticated account shall be deemed authorized by your institution.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithmic logic, design themes, graphics, code, and trademarks associated with Teachcool Timetable remain the exclusive property of Teachcool Edutech Solutions. You retain complete ownership of all your uploaded institutional data (such as teacher names, class titles, and curriculum allocations).

4. Service Availability & SLA

We target a 99.9% uptime for cloud-hosted services. Scheduled maintenance shall be announced in advance and timed during off-peak hours (nights or weekends) to minimize disruption during active school operational hours.

5. Subscription Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions are billed upfront either monthly or annually. Renewal invoices are generated 15 days prior to plan expiry. Failure to renew within the grace period (7 days) may result in temporary account suspension, though your configured data will remain safely archived for 90 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Teachcool strives to produce mathematically optimal conflict-free timetables based on the constraints entered by the school, the institution is responsible for reviewing and verifying the generated schedules prior to formal implementation.

7. Contact & Dispute Resolution

Any questions or grievances regarding these terms should be addressed to our legal department at [email protected] or by writing to our registered office address.
