Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund

A full refund may be claimed within seven (7) calendar days from the date of your initial plan purchase under the following circumstances:

• The software is unable to generate a valid timetable due to unresolved algorithmic constraints.
• The software experiences sustained technical unavailability that our engineering team cannot resolve within 48 hours.
• Your school administrative committee decides the software does not fit your operational workflow.

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, simply contact our billing department using any of the following channels:

• Email: Send a request to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your School Name]".
• Phone / WhatsApp: Call or message our billing desk at +91 8181886137.

Please mention your Registered Mobile Number, School Name, and Invoice Number for swift identification.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original source account (UPI, Bank NEFT, or Credit/Debit Card) within 5 to 7 business banking days. A confirmation email and bank transaction reference (UTR) will be dispatched to your registered email.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time. When cancelled after the 7-day initial window, your account will remain active and usable until the end of your prepaid billing period, with zero further charges.

5. Custom Enterprise Work & On-Site Training

Fees paid for specialized on-site physical travel training workshops or custom bespoke third-party API integrations that have already been delivered are non-refundable. Standard software license fees remain covered by the guarantee.
